Matt truly invested his time in prepping my condo for sale (pre and post home inspection) and marketing my unit. The marketing- the staging, pictures, video, etc- was really impressive. It’s very encouraging when you feel your realtor is personally invested in representing you in the best way possible with all aspects of the sale. The contract negotiation and settlement process went smoothly and quickly thanks to Matt’s efforts. I especially appreciated how easy he made the whole process and how available, accommodating, and knowledgeable he was with all my questions every step of the way. Matt is a very good listener and really makes sure that any and all concerns/questions are addressed to his client’s satisfaction.
