Although we had planned to speak with two other agents/brokerages, after our initial meeting with Matt Leighton we were so impressed we looked no further. Matt handled every aspect of the selling process professionally, quickly, and smoothly, and when we needed it, he gave us timely reassurances in clear language. Our home never really hit the market. Although our home showed well, we hadn’t yet painted, replaced some carpet, nor had the home staged. Nonetheless, to get the ball rolling, Matt got the word out via social media, his contacts, and local electronic newsletters, and we had a contract before we knew it (a second contract came in shortly thereafter)! Actually, he exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend him–especially to those who live in the Arlington, Virginia, area, since that’s his own backyard.
